Unsure how to define social media management help? Here is our definition:

A social media community manager is the voice of the company, business or non-profit externally and the voice of the customers internally. The value lies in the community manager serving as a hub and having the ability to personally connect with the customers (humanize the company, non-profit or ministry) and providing feedback to the appropriate personnel internally (development, PR, customer service, ministry committee, executive assistant to the head pastor, non-profit director, business owner, etc.)
